Refund Policy

1. One-time purchases

We sell one-time credit packs, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open. Free previews are currently disabled. The 15-second video uses purchased credits.

Credit-pack refund requests are reviewed individually. This policy does not promise an automatic refund within a fixed purchase window, and it does not remove any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

2. Confirmed technical failures

Generation reserves credits first. They are charged only after the final MP4 has been saved to private storage and its delivery verified. If a technical failure is confirmed, the reserved credits are released automatically for use in your account.

Releasing credits does not reverse the purchase of a credit pack or send money back to your payment method. If the reservation remains after a confirmed failure, contact us with the task ID so we can investigate.

3. Pending or uncertain status

A slow task, an unknown submission or an uncertain payment is not automatically a failed transaction. We must check the existing task or order before deciding whether credits should be charged or released, or whether a payment needs correction.

Do not repeat the purchase or submit the same generation again while its status is being checked. Check your account and task history, then contact us with the existing references if the issue remains unresolved.

4. Delivered videos and creative results

AI-generated appearance and motion can vary. If a delivered video has a problem or you are dissatisfied with it, send the task ID and a description of the issue for individual review.

Creative dissatisfaction does not automatically qualify for a cash refund or free remake. We do not offer a blanket seven-day free redo. This does not exclude remedies that applicable law requires for a defective or undelivered service.

5. Credit-pack and payment reviews

Contact us about an unused or partially used pack, an accidental purchase, a suspected duplicate charge, missing purchased credits or another payment problem. We review the payment, order status, credit usage and related task history before deciding the appropriate resolution.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, and using some credits does not replace the need to review any rights you have under applicable law. We do not treat every used pack as automatically refundable or automatically ineligible.

6. What to include in your request

Email support with a short explanation of what happened and the outcome you are requesting. Include what you have available:

• The email associated with your AI Tiny Desk account.
• The order number or payment reference, payment date and payment method.
• The task ID, if the request concerns a particular video.
• A description of the problem and any useful error message or screenshot, with sensitive details removed.

7. Review and processing

We may ask for additional information to verify the account, payment or task. We will communicate the review outcome and any approved resolution through the support conversation.

If a cash refund is approved, its processing method and timing depend on the payment channel and the specific transaction. We do not promise a fixed support response time or bank processing time. A credit release, a support request or a payment-provider notification alone is not proof that a cash refund has completed.

Never send your password, verification codes, full card number or card security code. Use the order reference to help us locate the payment.

8. Account deletion and your rights

Deleting your account removes unused credits and does not automatically create a refund request. Contact us about an unresolved order or refund before deleting your account. Active tasks or unresolved orders may need to be completed before deletion is available.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights, payment-dispute rights or other remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
